Meet Our Team

Pastors Stan and Andrea Tuttle have devoted their lives to ministry, blending their love for God, people, and music. Seventeen years ago, they co-founded Freewater Church, where they continue to serve together, guiding others deepen their relationship with Christ and live out their faith fully.

Minister Jacob leads worship every Sunday, driven by a passion to create an atmosphere where people can have an encounter with Jesus. His desire is to see people’s lives transformed by understanding the power of praise and worship to the one true God. 

Bethany Adams is the Children’s Pastor and Administration Assistant, committed to nurturing children's faith in Jesus. With creativity and compassion, she has a strong spiritual foundation for kids while supporting the church administratively. Her ministry embodies her passion for helping families thrive in Christ.

 Pastor Jake joined the Freewater leadership team in 2012 and was brought on as an associate pastor. As the pastoral team grew, he transitioned to the position of care pastor, which suits his calling and compassion for people. He also serves as an audio technician every week and supports the church in any way possible. Favorite scripture verse - Jeremiah 32:17. 

As an elder, he provides biblical support, counsel, and guidance to the pastors as they make both spiritual and financial decisions. He also offers spiritual discipline and correction within the body when needed. In his role as a teaching pastor, he provides biblical guidance in areas of need and preaches in the absence of the pastors.

As a teaching pastor, his passion is to inspire the church as well as individuals to cultivate a deeper, more personal connection with the Lord, sparking a transformative journey of experience, growth, discovery, and impact through the living Word of God.

Pastor Julia leads women's events which promote group fellowship, encourage personal relationships, and life-changing encounters with Christ. Pastor Julia desires to see each female reach her full potential in Christ and walk in her unique call.

Pastor Brian hosts monthly Encounter Nights on Friday evenings, where eager men gather to deepen their relationship with Jesus and experience the Holy Spirit's presence. He is dedicated to helping everyone, especially men, cultivate a closer intimacy with God!

David Richard serves as the ministry leader for Celebrate Recovery and oversees the Jail and Prison Ministry at Freewater Church. He has a passion for sharing hope and freedom in Christ with those struggling with hurts, habits, and hang-ups, both inside and outside the church walls. His heart is to see lives transformed through the healing power of Jesus.

Melissa Richard serves as a Celebrate Recovery leader, walking alongside others as they find healing and freedom through Christ. With compassion and understanding, she helps create a safe and supportive environment where people can experience God’s grace and restoration. Melissa’s heart is to encourage others in their journey toward hope, renewal, and lasting change.

Pastor Hunter is our dedicated Youth Pastor who, alongside his wife, Ivory Crews, works every Wednesday night to help students forge meaningful friendships. Together, they focus on cultivating and deepening each student's relationship with Jesus.

Pastor Elliott Sams serves as the College and Career Pastor. He leads young adults through a deeper understanding of the Scriptures as they navigate key milestones of life such as college, singleness, dating, marriage, and parenting. His heart is for every person to be filled with the Spirit and to grow with confidence in each of these seasons of life.

Gaby passionately leads dancers to worship God through dance, believing that each movement expresses devotion. Under her guidance, they strive for excellence and honor in every, creating an atmosphere of reverence. Together, they transform their love for dance into a powerful expression of faith, inspiring others to join in worship.

Grayson Tuttle serves as the Technical Director at Freewater Church, overseeing all aspects of audio, visual, and lighting production. With a passion for excellence and creativity, he works to create engaging environments that support worship and ministry. Grayson is dedicated to using his technical gifts to help people encounter God in a powerful and distraction-free way.

Mary Williams faithfully serves as an Elder, offering wisdom, counsel, and support to both pastors and the church body. With a deep love for God’s Word and a heart for people, she provides guidance, encouragement, and spiritual care within the community. Mary’s leadership reflects her commitment to prayer, discipleship, and strengthening the church family.

David Hendrix acts as an Elder, providing prayerful support, guidance, and encouragement to both the pastors and the congregation. He is deeply committed to biblical truth and the church’s mission, offering wisdom and discernment in both spiritual and practical matters. Elder David’s dedication to service showcases his passion transforming lives and strengthening the church in Christ.
